Terms:
Payment by Cash, direct deposit, Credit Card incl
5% surcharge(Visa/Mastercard) or Cheque by prior arrangement.
50% deposit required for all bookings.
Check
In:
2.30pm Check Out: midday. These times may be varied
on request depending on other bookings.
Bookings:
A deposit of 50% of the tariff is required to secure
a booking and the balance is to be paid on arrival. For bookings
of one-night, full payment in advance is required.
Payment:
Visa, Mastercard, or electronic funds transfer.
Cheques will only be accepted if there is sufficient time for
clearance prior to arrival.
Cancellation
Policy:
A refund of the deposit will be given as follows:
Up to 30 days, the full deposit will be returned, less any applicable
fees or charges. Up to and including 14 days prior, 50% of the
deposit will be returned, less any applicable fees or charges.
Cancellations of less than 14 days or non-arrival of guests, no
refund will be given. |
